Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to bolster patients' physical skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers through therapy techniques to promote continued progress at home.

Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical advancements and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Current Certified Occupational Therapist (COT) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
