Client Support Specialist

This is a remote position. You'll need your own computer and home office setup that meets our equipment requirements (listed below).

About the Role
Customer Contact Services (CCS) provides inbound call support for businesses across many industries, serving as an extension of each client's team. We're looking for experienced Client Support Specialists who can represent those businesses with skill, accuracy, and professionalism.

In this role, you'll handle a varied mix of calls: scheduling appointments, gathering detailed information, processing orders, answering product and service questions, and resolving concerns. You'll switch smoothly between client programs, each with its own procedures and expectations. The ideal candidate is polished on the phone, highly organized, and confident managing a fast-paced, detail-driven workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls for multiple client accounts with professionalism and efficiency
• Follow client-specific scripts, procedures, and service standards
• Gather, verify, and document caller information with a high degree of accuracy
• Schedule appointments and relay messages correctly
• Provide clear, accurate product and service information
• Process online reservations
• Handle difficult or escalated calls with composure and sound judgment
• Meet or exceed Quality Assurance standards
• Maintain working knowledge of all assigned client programs and accounts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of call center, customer service, or client-facing support experience
• Proven ability to work across multiple software platforms at the same time
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and general systems
• Excellent spoken and written English, including strong grammar and spelling
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience meeting quality, accuracy, or performance metrics

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Weekend availability required (Saturday or Sunday)
• CCS operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year

Training

• Paid training begins Monday, November 2, 2026
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, for two weeks
• Attendance for the full training period is required

Remote Work Setup
For the first 90 to 180 days, you will work from home using your own computer. Your setup must include:

• Windows 11
• Intel i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 processor or better
• 8 GB of RAM or more (installed physical memory)
• Two monitors
• Webcam
• Wired USB headset
• Full keyboard with F1–F12 and Page Up/Page Down keys
• Wired ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi, cellular, 5G, and satellite internet such as Starlink are not permitted)
