What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Parking Attendant. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Parking Attendant assists with opening car doors as guests arrive and unloading of guest luggage as needed. They will serve as a source of knowledge for the guest about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Your Role Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest Interact with all guests; consistently provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell while maintaining an impeccable appearance and a genuine service-oriented attitude Open doors for arriving guests and assist with luggage as needed Park and retrieve guests’ cars in a safe and responsible manner Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation as needed Coordinate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience and proactively assist guests Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized Perform duties and instructions as assigned by the immediate supervisor Be the difference with guests and employees by going beyond the norm What Are We Looking For? High School Diploma Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction Hospitality industry experience is a plus Ability to solve problems when they arise Ability to work in a team environment Pleasant and helpful personality Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving to retrieve cars Outgoing and engaging personality Bilingual (English / Spanish) Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Must be available to work various shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays Compensation Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
