What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Manage sign-in procedures and visitor logs
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability to work as needed, including occasional weekends or holidays
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
