Overview Full‑time Physical Therapist (PT) position at Eagleville Hospital, a specialty health care facility dedicated to recovery for patients with substance use and co‑occurring disorders. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Adapt interventions to meet diverse patient settings and evolving needs. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or related field) or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. For a non‑U.S. degree, evaluation to U.S. equivalent is required.
