Substation Senior Structural Engineer

Leidos seeks a Substation Senior Structural Engineer to join our Engineering & Architecture team in the Energy & Utilities sector. In this role, you’ll lead structural design and analysis for high-voltage substations, steel structures, and foundations, ensuring safety, reliability, and code compliance. You will prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications; review designs from junior engineers; and coordinate closely with electrical, civil, and project management teams. You’ll support proposals, mentor staff, and contribute to standards and tools in a mission-driven, collaborative, and innovation-focused culture.
