Job Description

A vehicle parts manufacturing company in Hodgenville, Kentucky is hiring for a Quality Manager role. This position is responsible for leading and managing quality assurance and quality control responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Documenting, completing audits, monitoring, reporting key metrics
• Lead all quality assurance related inspections, including receiving inspections, control point inspections, and shipping inspections
• Oversee customer requirements and complaints
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering Departments on improvement activities

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 5 years prior experience in a quality leadership role is required
• Prior leadership role in the automotive manufacturing industry is preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Prior experience with Pre-Production Approval Processes (PPAP)
• Working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks

The base salary range for this position is $50+K, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
