Requirements

• Required certification: Rad Tech - Mammography
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Daily caseload 30+; screening/diagnostic mammograms; minimum 200 mammograms every 2 years 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, CRT, state license required; 40 hours initial mammography training; documentation of 25 supervised studies; 8 hours 2D/3D training; 15 CEUs in mammography every 3 years 4. License: CA license must be in hand; state license paper certificate/permit required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend availability required; every other Saturday rotation 8:00-12:00; every other Saturday call required 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); must be noted at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
