What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member at Counter Culture Frozen Yogurt, you’ll play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Handling counter service efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing and serving our delicious frozen yogurt and other menu items.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assisting with restocking and ensuring all supplies are readily available.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

We’re excited to work with individuals who bring the following to the table:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing counter service role, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A strong sense of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
