Accounting Office Manager# Accounting Office ManagerArthur Tax and Accounting - Arthur, IL 61911## OverviewSalary Range$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary/year## Accounting Office Manager-Arthur**First Neighbor Bank is an employee-owned, community-oriented company that offers a fun, family-focused atmosphere, great company culture and an excellent benefits package!****Position Summary**Responsible for the overall Arthur Accounting office activities for accounting and tax preparation services.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Supervises and coordinates overall activities for the accounting office.* Provides client business and accounting services; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly financial analysis and reporting, fixed asset management.* Provides income tax preparation for individuals, businesses, and owners.* Trains and assists office staff as needed.* Maintains professional and community relations to increase First Neighbor's visibility and new business opportunities.* Complies with all bank policies and procedures and federal and state laws and regulations.## Qualifications**Education*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience* Certifications: CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred* 3+ years combined accounting and supervisory experience* Strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP)**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities*** Proficient in standard accounting and ERP software; QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics* Proficient in Microsoft suite, including highly proficient in Excel* Ability to supervise accounting staff, manage personnel, and delegate daily tasks* High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential financial data with strict discretion.* Customer service with oral and written communication skills* Ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
