I am currently working closely with one of the main partners at what I can truly say is a powerhouse firm renowned for securing hundreds of millions in insurance recoveries for policyholders, litigating high-stakes coverage disputes and bad faith claims against insurers, and delivering exceptional results in complex matters—while offering a supportive environment where attorneys can thrive and build their practices!

️ The Role:

• Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims on behalf of policyholders

• Analyze complex policies, draft coverage opinions, and pursue recoveries against insurers

• Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and strategy in high-stakes bad faith and coverage actions • Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims, including property, liability, business interruption, and more

• Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your practice

⚖️ About you: 5+ years of insurance coverage experience (policyholder side preferred; defense experience considered if strong advocacy skills). Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid or remote from OC or Century City

• Competitive base salary DOE with performance incentives leading to up to $400k total take-home
