The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by efficiently handling order picking, packaging, shipping, receiving, and loading/unloading tasks. Working within a small team, the associate contributes to maintaining an organized, safe, and productive work environment while performing physically demanding duties.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
• Manage shipping and receiving of goods efficiently
• Load and unload shipments safely and promptly

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of material handling and safety procedures
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform regular heavy lifting
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Ability to work effectively within a small team (2-5 members)
