Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Full‑time role at the Mukilteo Commercial Branch (Store #728124, 12122 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275). Pay starts at $23.00 an hour. The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. The Wholesale Product Specialist works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend solutions, resolve concerns, maintain visual standards of the store, and consistently meet sales goals. Responsibilities Job duties involve contact with customers—including minors—and handling cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items. Criminal background checks are required to protect the safety of the company’s customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications. Clean store equipment. Assist in making deliveries, as needed. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. Suggest ways to improve sales. Qualifications Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
