Escrow CoordinatorJoin Our Mortgage Servicing Team!We are seeking an experienced Escrow Coordinator to support escrow operations involving property taxes, hazard and flood insurance, mortgage insurance, escrow analysis, vendor management, and servicing processes. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about improving processes. The Escrow Coordinator will work with internal teams, vendors, insurance providers, taxing authorities, and technology partners to resolve issues, improve workflows, and maintain accurate escrow information.What You'll DoSupport escrow administration, including property taxes, hazard insurance, flood insurance, mortgage insurance, escrow analyses, shortages, surpluses, and deficiencies.Analyze escrow data, balances, disbursements, payment activity, and servicing system information.Research complex escrow issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.Monitor operational trends, exceptions, aging reports, and performance metrics.Partner with internal departments and third-party vendors to resolve escrow-related issues.Validate servicing system data and ensure accurate escrow information.Assist with escrow analysis, quality assurance, reconciliations, and operational controls.Participate in system testing, implementations, automation, and process improvement initiatives.Support the use of AI, RPA, OCR, workflow automation, and other technologies to improve efficiency.Develop reports and analytical tools to identify trends, vendor performance, and process opportunities.Assist with vendor performance monitoring, SLAs, quality metrics, and turnaround times.Support audits, investor reviews, regulatory examinations, and quality control activities.Help develop and maintain procedures, workflows, job aids, and operational standards.Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and enhance the borrower experience.What We're Looking ForAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mortgage Banking, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, insurance, tax servicing, mortgage insurance, operations, quality assurance, or a related field preferred.Working knowledge of mortgage servicing escrow functions and applicable regulations preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, filtering, reconciliation, and data analysis.Power BI, SQL, reporting, or other analytical tool experience is a plus.Experience with FICS Mortgage Servicer, MSP, or similar mortgage servicing platforms preferred.Experience with UAT, system implementations, automation, workflow improvements, or technology projects is a plus.Familiarity with AI, RPA, OCR, or other process automation technologies preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Mortgage servicing, escrow, vendor management, or financial services experience strongly preferred.Position DetailsJob Title: Escrow CoordinatorLocation: Ocala, FLSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMEmployment: Full-Time, Non-ExemptIndustry: Mortgage ServicingPre-Employment RequirementsMust be able to successfully pass a drug test.Must be able to successfully pass a background check.Candidates must complete the required interview process prior to starting employment.Referral Bonus Available!Earn $100–$500 for successful referrals!
