Qualifications
- Experience with electronic rework
- Must be strong on soldering and desoldering fine pitch components
- Experience with 0201 and 0402 packet size (must be comfortable under a microscope)
- Experience with debugging and reworking PCB
- Any experience with BGA components a plus
- Any experience with board bring up a plus
- Working knowledge of ESD-safe handling practices for semiconductor devices and PCB assemblies
Responsibilities
- Perform precision component removal, replacement, and rework on complex PCBAs
- Rework fine-pitch silicon packages
- Perform board bring up and troubleshoot
- Inspect reworked assemblies using microscopes to evaluate solder joints, placement accuracy, and workmanship quality
