This position supports patients in Flint and surrounding areas and offers a $5,000 first‑year success bonus for key achievements. Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting (preferred); previous home‑health experience preferred. Current license/registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in good standing issued by the State in which you work. Current driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 20% of the day to patient locations. Strong commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Self‑management of time and schedule. Proficiency with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software. Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment.
