The CIPP Construction Foreman is responsible for performing and leading training, directing the crew activities in the installation and repair of pipe rehab products, providing leadership and supervision at project sites, and ensuring compliance with policies and working rules. We are offering a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and a reduced sign‑on bonus for those without a current CDL license. The starting hourly rate is $28.00‑$32.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid on‑the‑job training. Why You'll Love Working For Us Competitive salary Daily per diem while traveling 100% covered individual hotel room stays while traveling Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage 401k matching Tuition assistance Paid time off and overtime pay On‑the‑job training with full pay Company paid PPE, boots, and safety gear Career growth opportunities Work for a forward‑thinking and innovative company Ecological footprint: We are rehabbing the world's infrastructure, one pipe at a time, with minimal disruption and little waste What You'll Do Schedule, coordinate and advise crew activities at least two weeks in advance Schedule traffic control and have familiarity with various traffic control situations Order materials through company vendors Manage job costs, understanding how extra spending affects the profitability of the job Identify, properly assess and properly measure pipe conditions Effectively manage and maintain the equipment for the successful completion of each project Continually inspect work performed by crew for quality and specification compliance Resolve work problems and lead crew members in discovering the resolutions Prepare and submit production, safety and time reports for review Understand DOT regulations, as well as OSHA requirements, assisting crew employees properly Build bench strength on crew to cross‑train and provide for succession planning Perform all duties of an Installation Technician What We Need From You High School diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience working in the Cured‑in‑Place Pipe (CIPP) industry required Prior experience leading or supervising a crew or team is required Installation Technician, Boiler Operator, TV Cutter, and Foreman experience highly preferred Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle report Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required) Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state) Azuria Water Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
