Financial Analyst - CE Financial Management

Position Summary: Provide assistance with financial reporting and analysis. This role participates in month‑end closing, 6‑month rolling forecasting, ad hoc accounting, e‑Commerce related duties, budgeting, and non‑trade inter‑company transactions. Responsibilities Prepare and perform month‑end closing, managing revenue recognition and cost allocation across profit segments and cost centers using SAP Controlling (CO). Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly Profit & Loss statements, consolidating results of TV, Display, HA, and Mobile divisions, and perform detailed revenue/cost/profit variance analyses. Investigate irregular financial trends by linking financial data with business results, conducting raw data examinations, and collaborating with relevant business teams. Conduct 6‑month business forecasts, including sales quantities, unit prices, and costs for wireless terminal models, as well as overhead and marketing expenses. Generate and analyze consolidated profit reports for SEA, combining global sales‑and‑manufacturing P&L statements to measure profitability. Perform financial analysis of the online business compared to the existing offline business, evaluating business structure and environment. Update and manage the segment database to produce SKU‑level revenue and combined profit reports for major TV, Display, and HA products. Upload monthly billing sales data to the portal, manage previous data, and coordinate with teams to provide detailed raw data. Share North America branch financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, consolidating results with the related finance team for Samsung. Support maintenance of cost allocation logic for Consumer Electronics, Service, and Logistics teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of accounting experience; financial modeling experience preferred. Experience utilizing SAP software (preferred). Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for spreadsheet preparation. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret accounting and financial documents. Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Korean an advantage. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, meet deadlines, and exercise judgment within corporate policies.
