IMMEDIATE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!
Great Work Employment Services is searching for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join a great manufacturing company in the Strongsville, Ohio area!
This role is the first point of contact for business-to-business customers and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships.
What you’ll do:
Learn products and assist customers with questions/troubleshooting
Handle customer complaints, orders, and incoming calls
Transfer calls appropriately when needed
Respond to customer/prospect emails and follow up on leads
Help with business development and client retention through structured follow-up
