System Analyst Role | W2 Contract Opportunity

Job Description
We are hiring for a System Analyst position for candidates with strong analytical and technical skills.
Job Type: W2 Contract
Experience: 1 7 Years
Work Authorization: H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
Experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
Knowledge of requirements gathering and system documentation.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum.
Understanding of SDLC, system workflows, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
Create functional specifications and process documentation.
Work with business, development, and QA teams.
Perform data validation and troubleshoot system issues.
Support testing, implementation, and system enhancements.
Additional Information:
Remote, Hybrid & Onsite opportunities available.
Candidates must be currently located in the United States.
