Job Description ：

• Dealer/Importer importers management and KPI
• After-sales customer service and communications
• Maintenance, repair and spare parts management
• Handling of complaints and warranty cases
• Complaint management
• Upselling activities
• Administration of master data and product evaluations
• Market analysis

Requirements：

• A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous aftersales management experience in OEM may be advantageous.
• Strong industry regulations, restrictions, and laws knowledge, Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent French and English skills can be used as working languages.
