Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects for a Chattanooga, TN-based general contractor. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards and coordinating multiple trades. Our client is a reputable general contractor with a strong presence in the Chattanooga market, specializing in commercial projects across office, healthcare, retail, and institutional sectors. They are known for their collaborative culture, commitment to safety, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Base pay range $122,000.00/yr - $131,000.00/yr Description Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and budget. Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Review and interpret project plans and specifications, resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and quality. Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation for project tracking. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Manage material deliveries and equipment usage for optimal efficiency. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site.
