- Southern California-based luxury medical aesthetics practice in the heart of Beverly Hills
- Lead clinical operations, perform advanced aesthetic procedures, and supervise a multidisciplinary team
- Oversee patient safety protocols, treatment planning, and accurate EMR documentation
- Conduct consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver non-surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with the plastic surgeon on surgical planning and post-operative patient care
- Competitive compensation package
- Active and unrestricted California license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery
- Proven leadership experience with advanced skills in injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation treatments
