HVAC Field Operations Director

True Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Field Operations Director to lead and oversee our field operations in Westminster, CO. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who excels in managing field teams, operational performance, and daily execution. In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, support and guide technicians and supervisors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. You will monitor performance, resolve field challenges, and drive improvements in productivity and execution, playing a key role in aligning field operations with company goals. WHEN WILL YOU WORK? This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM . WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HVAC FIELD OPERATIONS DIRECTOR? 7+ years of HVAC management experience Experience managing operations for a $5M+ HVAC business At least five years of HVAC field experience is preferred.
