Temporary Sales and Merchandising Coordinator

Team The Watch Team (LMH – La Montre Hermès) supports all sales activities related to timepieces and after‑sales service across multiple retail channels, including Hermès boutiques, department stores, authorized third‑party points of sale, and Hermès.com. It provides comprehensive operational and logistical support, organizes training programs, and plans and participates in strategic events to elevate the watch division’s visibility. The Opportunity Temporary Sales & Merchandising Coordinator – Watches (Fine Timepiece Division). This 6‑month temporary position supports the full team—including the Director of Sales, Sales Analyst, Operations & Logistics Manager, and Senior Manager of Marketing—in sales, operations, and event support. About the Role Reporting: Maintain and distribute accurate daily and weekly sales and on‑hand reporting and assist with monthly reporting preparation, plus ad‑hoc reporting assignments. Transfers: Respond to and appropriately address all transfer requests, ensuring timely completion of transfer requests and stock rebalances. Special Order Tracking: Log and track special‑order straps to ensure on‑time delivery to end clients. Loans Administration: Support documentation and inventory reconciliation for all pieces on loan. After‑Sales Support: Register repairs in the internal database to enable efficient processing. Event Support: Assist in the coordination of retail and communication events, contributing to logistical and operational preparations and supporting teams before and during events to ensure smooth execution. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for internal communication materials. Supervisory Responsibility None. Budget Responsibility None. Decision Making Responsibility Yes. About You Ability to multi‑task and prioritize. Organized with a high level of attention to detail. Proactive, able to take initiative while working both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills. Clear communication and follow‑up. Advanced level of Microsoft Excel proficiency. The range for this position is $28.64 – $33.89 per hour.
