Bar & Events Lead for Founders’ Club Evenings

Torch Collective in Nashville is looking for a Bartender who thrives in an unpredictable, dynamic environment. You will serve at intimate member events, manage bar inventory, and ensure quality hospitality. A background in catering or a similar field is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess strong bar skills, social fluency, and flexible availability, as most of the events will take place during evenings and weekends.
