Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description Bishop & Co. is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Honolulu-based client’s FP&A team. In this role, you'll be key in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting to support business initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and resource optimization. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, strategic planning, and management reporting. This is a hybrid role in Honolulu open to current or prior Hawaii state residents. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage financial planning models and projections. Direct and review financial forecasts and benchmarks. Lead annual budget preparation and provide executive summaries. Support strategic planning initiatives and integrate financial data with strategic plans. Manage and report on financial data, including cost per learner and long‑range planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 7+ years in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and analysis. Strong experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial software.
