We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a thriving credit union team in Herndon, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call center, banking, or customer service experience who enjoy assisting customers, solving problems, and building lasting relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service via inbound phone calls (approximately 40 calls per day)

Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments, transfers, account updates, online and mobile banking assistance, and more

Build member confidence by delivering professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service

Meet and exceed performance goals related to call quality, call handling time, and productivity

Follow established policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with security and fraud prevention standards

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of recent call center experience

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively

Banking, financial services, credit union, or contact center experience preferred

Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment

Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
