Your role will include: Providing high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers and their newborns Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Floating to Post‑Partum units as needed, up to 1‑2 shifts a week Utilizing EPIC EMR system for documentation Requirements: Need 2 years experience in setting Active Iowa RN license AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS and ACLS certifications Certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) for fetal monitoring Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) High‑risk and high‑acuity experience in a high‑volume delivery center (deliveries/month) Comfortable floating to Post‑Partum Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
