We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable and Receivables Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenfield, Ohio. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Processing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Coordinating payroll processing , including reviewing and preparing payroll reports, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
Providing exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and patients.
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant financial regulations and policies .
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and patients.
Review and prepare payroll reports, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and patients.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant financial regulations and policies.
