Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols

Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, medications, and discharge instructions

Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition or medical emergencies

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN required)

Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
