Role Description

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in translating, copy editing content in the specified subject matter areas or verticals:
- Investigator facing
- Patient facing
- Pharmacy material
- Marketing
- Help and UI content
- Professional level understanding of English (US/GB)
- Native level expertise of Oromo as Target Language with core understanding of cultural nuances
- Well versed with various CAT tools like XTM, Phrase, Trados, Jira, Smartling, etc.
- Working knowledge of MS office applications like MS Word, MS Excel
- Desirable: Translation degree or, if other degree, 3 years of translation experience or, if no degree, 5 years of translation experience
Requirements
- We are building a team of Freelance Language Experts who can collaborate with us on Multiple accounts and programs
- We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses
- These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment
- Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans
