Eaton's Industrial Controls Division is currently seeking a Quality Manager - Customer Quality and Direct Source to join the team. This role is based at the Menomonee Falls, WI site and includes up to 10% travel.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You'll Do:

The Quality Manager Customer Quality and Direct Source oversees the Direct Source quality activities including customer and supplier quality, MOTC product integrity center (PIC) and the evaluation process for returned materials, partnering closely with both internal factories and external suppliers to drive effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. This role ensures issues are accurately diagnosed, addressed, and prevented through strong cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Multi-site collaboration with Menomonee Falls, Haina, Coamo, Juarez, Bonn, all warehouses.
• Cross functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, finance, legal, EESS, and customers. Kholds, eWarfs, customers escalations, problem solving projects.
• Manage the daily interaction and collaboration with teams in EMEA region.
• Special Projects including Reliability, Warranty analytics, SAP adaptation, training, factory process moves, vendor support, audits.
• Subject matter expert, EWCS administrator, factory moves, continuous improvement, Khold process, High Severity Customer Quality Escapes (HSCQE), A3 and problem solving and root cause corrective action.
• Manage processes for warranty returns for Menomonee Falls and ICD, and mentor factory QA personnel.
• Issue and support eWarfs and Kholds for ICD division and train factories on the process.
• Lead the PIC laboratory and personnel driving continuous improvement.
• Manage an improve ICD customer performance and satisfaction, external suppliers DPPM, warranty cycle time and PIC repair business.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in electrical devices manufacturing
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Menomonee Falls, WI will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Experience with analog and digital circuitry and components; electrical power distribution and electric motor control.
• Experience with ISO 90001
• Internal and external auditing experience
