Warehouse Clerk/Forklift Driver

Warehouse Clerk / Forklift Driver (1st Shift) Monday – Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. This role requires operating Order Picker and Reach Truck forklifts and scanning put-aways. Responsibilities Operate Raymond Brand Order Picker (OP) and Reach Truck (RT) forklifts. Scan put-aways to reserve locations and perform Pull From Reserve (PFR), High Volume Singles (HVS), and Module (MOD) tasks. Move pallets from outbound drop zones to backstock areas. Use a handheld device for scanning and accessing the Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS). Handle cartons, store pallets, and secure them with shrink wrap. Cycle count and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year forklift driving experience with OP or RT. Onsite, in‑office position. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting the Radio Frequency (RF) scanner. Ability to read, match numbers, and ensure order accuracy. Good communication skills. Must meet or exceed Labor Management (LM) rates on a weekly basis. Flexible to work alternative schedules during peak season. Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed. Focus on maintaining a safe work environment at all times. Preferred Experience with a Warehouse Management Operating System (WMOS). Physical Requirements Ability to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders. Ability to lift up to 75 lb. Comfortable standing/walking 90 % of the day. Comfortable lifting on an OP or Swing Reach (SW) up to 35 ft.
