We're a boutique hotel that believes hospitality is an art, not a checklist. We're looking for a Concierge who treats every guest request - big, small, or wonderfully strange - as a chance to create something memorable. What you'll do: Curate personalized recommendations for dining, culture, and hidden local gems Arrange transportation, reservations, tickets, and last-minute miracles Anticipate guest needs before they're spoken Be the calm, knowledgeable face of the hotel - the person guests remember long after checkout What you bring: Genuine warmth and unshakeable composure under pressure Deep curiosity about your city - its restaurants, events, and best-kept secrets Polished communication and a problem-solver's instinct Prior hospitality or guest-services experience preferred, not required - attitude matters more What we offer: Competitive pay + tips A close-knit team that takes pride in doing things differently Room to bring your own flair to the role - we're not looking for a script-reader #J-18808-Ljbffr
