The Opportunity:

West Liberty University is seeking applications for Administrative Assistant College of Liberal and Creative Arts.This position assists with the daily operations within the College of Liberal and Creative Arts and provides support type services to increase the capacity of the Dean and the Theater Department of the College of Liberal and Creative Arts.

This is a Part-Time less than 10hrs a week position with no-benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage processes and workflow of the department.
• Manage, instruct, and coordinate all activities of support including, but not limited to:
  • Data entry, supply ordering, scheduling, and clerical support letters, reports, mailings, memos, and other documents.
• Provides effective communication and coordination with various groups throughout the department.
• Assists, manages, and coordinates special projects as assigned.
• Professionalism via phone, email, and face to face communication.
• Schedules and attends departmental & university meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Associates degree, Vocational or Technical School degree.
• At least two years of previous relevant administration experience is required.

• Professional etiquette
