Med Surg / Surgery Urology RN - Shifts: 12hr, 19:00-07:00 Job Summary Provides nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities Pre-operative: Prepare patients and answer questions. Post-operative: Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients. Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment. Requirements RN license in state of assignment. *Compact License Allowed * *Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility* BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS required. Experience in medical-surgical units preferred. Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills. Will work every other weekend Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).
