Summary:

Responsible for the administration of patient accounts which includes billing, collections, customer service, and cash applications. Documents patient account activity, posts payments, implements billing guideline changes and identifies trends at a payer specific level. Follows all established policies, procedures, industry regulations and operational standards. Researches, resolves and responds to patient inquiries involving accounts, payments and balances. Follows up on Explanation of Benefits, inventories supplies, reports and tracks equipment maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent (HS/GED)

Required Experience: 1 year of customer service
