Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cleans and preserves designated spaces, equipment etc. in the building. Restocks disposable items and provides lead custodian with inventory usage and data. Assists visiting public utilizing the facilities with directions within building and in obtaining and setting up needed equipment. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: minor PM maintenance tasks (light bulb & ballast replacement, other minor repairs) of school buildings. There will be regular custodial tasks of cleaning, scrubbing, buffing and waxing.
