Campaign + Stewardship Manager

Overview The Campaign + Stewardship Manager plays a critical role in advancing CSB’s fundraising efforts by supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization’s comprehensive campaign while also managing the stewardship and donor recognition program. This position helps translate campaign priorities into actionable strategies, ensures strong coordination across the development team and the organization, and provides data-driven insights that support fundraising progress and decision-making. The position also provides leadership for organization-wide donor stewardship initiatives by supporting the development and leading the implementation and execution of a comprehensive stewardship and donor recognition strategy designed to strengthen relationships and encourage sustained philanthropic investment at all giving levels. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the position collaborates closely with the President + CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and CSB Board of Trustees. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with staff, board members, and community stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fundraising, campaign management, donor stewardship, development operations, or nonprofit advancement. Experience working with CRM systems and data reporting tools. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Excellent written communication skills, particularly for preparing reports and board materials. Experience in nonprofit organizations.
