Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
• Assist with training new caregivers
• Model professionalism and reliability 
• Step in as needed for coverage
• Be available to respond to urgent staffing needs, call offs, or client concerns during assigned on-call week. 
• Coordinate with families and staff.
• Maintain accurate notes
• Update office staff of any changes with clients
• Coordinate with families and staff.
• Willing to travel around the North of Mississippi

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance
• Highly Desired: Applicants with CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, HHA Certification
