You will play an essential role in delivering personalized therapy services and improving quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized care plansProvide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, and functional independenceRecord daily treatment notes and weekly progress updatesParticipate in patient care and rehab conferencesMonitor and report resident progress to the therapy teamMaintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environmentQualificationsAssociate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programActive, unencumbered COTA license in South Carolina (required)Sensory-focused therapy experience requiredExperience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferredFamiliarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsPassion for improving resident outcomesWhy Join Linley Park Post Acute?At Linley Park, you’ll be part of a close-knit therapy team that is dedicated to helping residents reach their fullest potential.
