Lead Breakfast Cook
Join our team at CFS Diner in Chatham, MA, as a Lead Breakfast Cook! We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced environment. At CFS Diner, we pride ourselves on serving classic American breakfast and lunch fare in a casual setting, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and development
- Plate presentation for breakfast dishes
- Scratch cooking of breakfast items
- Ensuring portion control and food quality
- Utilizing knife skills for food preparation
Required Skills:
- Degree in Culinary Arts, prefered
- Experience with batch cooking
- Proficiency in salads and a la carte cooking
- Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in line cooking and back of house operations
- Creative with new menu suggestions
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $55,000.00
- 401(k) and Sick Leave benefits
