MCI is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner for a full-time, on-site position in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role is focused on employee training, workforce planning, and engagement, aligning HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar HR role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
