Physical Therapist

The position requires a physical therapist who will work with patients in an outpatient setting. The therapist will assess and provide treatment for various conditions, including injuries and chronic pain. Experience with assistive devices and therapeutic exercises is essential. A strong focus on patient education and individualized care plans is necessary. The schedule includes Monday and Wednesday evenings and Tuesday through Friday mornings. No weekend call or coverage is required, except for Friday shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to utilize evidence-based practices is essential for successful patient outcomes. Knowledge of electronic documentation is required for this role. The position requires adherence to facility protocols and standards for patient care.
