Automotive F&I Manager (Experienced)

Finance Manager – Experienced Sheehy Ford of Ashland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our automotive finance team. The role requires a strong background in automotive finance and a proven ability to structure deals for maximum profitability. Responsibilities Contract new business, sell finance products, and close deals Generate finance income on all sold customers Check and verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions Contract or collect all money at closing Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals Maintain a working knowledge of leases Assist in acquiring approval from lenders Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders Solicit extended warranty sales Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc. Qualifications Two years or more of stable employment in Automotive Finance (required) Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability Well-versed in title laws and the registration process Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills Authorized to work in the USA Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test Valid driver’s license Benefits Earning potential of $125,000 - $175,000 +.
