Owning a portfolio of existing strategic customers, the full-time remote Senior Renewals Manager will focus on maximizing customer retention through contract negotiations and developing new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships. Key responsibilities Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive customer renewals Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and minimize customer churn Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience as a Senior/Lead/Principal Renewals Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, or Key Account Manager BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field Solid experience with CRM software and CPQ tools Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously
