Responsibilities Perform routine building general maintenance and repairs throughout the Health Center and clinics. Perform a wide variety of tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, cleaning, grounds and facilities upkeep, boiler and plant operations, moving equipment/furnishings, and preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of systems. Troubleshoot, clean up, and remediate system failures consistent with large commercial Health Care building operations. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License 3 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial setting 6 months specialty experience in HVAC equipment or refrigeration applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
