Are you a motivated sales professional looking to join a high-growth industry? We’re seeking dynamic agents to represent industry-leading home improvement products. Our products are designed to transform homes—and we need passionate, driven agents to help homeowners improve their living spaces
Your Home Improvement Company For over 20 years, has been a leader in home improvement and remodeling, specializing in bath and shower systems, windows, roofing, and siding. Our growing team provides high-quality design and installation services to homeowners across multiple cities in the northern United States.
What We Offer
- $100,000-$175,000 earning potential
- 2-3 Pre-Set, High-Intent Appointments – no wasted time
- Commission + Uncapped bonuses
- Paid training and ongoing coaching
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
- W-2 position
- Full Sales & Support Team – Focus on closing, we handle the rest
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
- Present remodeling solutions and close sales
- Build proposals and generate referrals
- Follow a proven sales process
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Professional, punctual, and goal-oriented
