Big Easy Daiquiris & SLUSH are hiring bartenders! Join our team at Big Easy Daiquiris and SLUSH, two high-energy concepts in the heart of New Orleans' historic French Quarter. We're looking for friendly, dependable bartenders who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to create a great guest experience.

What You'll Do

As a bartender with Big Easy Daiquiris or SLUSH, you'll help create a fun, welcoming experience for our guests while keeping up with the energy of the French Quarter. Responsibilities include:

Prepare and serve daiquiris, cocktails, and other beverages quickly and accurately
Provide friendly, engaging service to every guest
Process credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Follow responsible alcohol service and company standards
Work efficiently during busy, high-volume shifts
Communicate and work as a team to keep service moving
Help create the fun, upbeat atmosphere our concepts are known for

What We're Looking For

Previous bartending or high-volume hospitality experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods
Ability to meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol in Louisiana
